The right plan,
no surprises.

What really changes from one plan to the next, how to try a plan, how to cancel and what happens to your searches in every case.

Every L.O.O.T. plan searches the same three platforms, Vinted, eBay and Subito, and sends the same notifications. Three things change: how many searches you can keep, whether you get the advanced filters and how often your searches are checked.

The plans compared

PlanPriceSearchesAdvanced filtersPace
Starter€10 a month1NoStandard
Hobbyist€25 a month5NoStandard
Reseller€45 a month15YesFast
Autocop€70 a month25YesFast
Enterprise€120 a month50YesFast

Enterprise is still listed as coming soon on the website. Current prices are always the ones in the Plans section of the home page.

The number of searches includes paused ones. If you're on Hobbyist and have five searches, two of them paused, you need to delete one to add a new one.

The check pace

The pace is the wait between one check cycle of your searches and the next. The shorter it is, the sooner you get notified about a new listing.

You set it yourself in the Console, under Scraper Configuration, in the Wait Interval section: Search check (min / max) sets how long to wait between one cycle and the next, and Pause between links (min / max) sets how long to wait between one search and the next within the same cycle. Each time, the wait is picked at random between the minimum and maximum you set: a little variation makes the checks look more like a person's and lowers the risk of being blocked by the platforms.

Your plan decides how low you can go:

  • Standard pace, with Starter and Hobbyist: between cycles, at least 45 seconds for the minimum and 90 for the maximum.
  • Fast pace, from Reseller up: down to 20 and 40 seconds, with shorter pauses between one search and the next as well.

New accounts start with somewhat wider values, around one or two minutes with the standard pace and thirty seconds to a minute with the fast one. If you want maximum speed, lower them to your plan's minimum. The actual time also depends on how many searches you have and on the platform: eBay, in particular, sometimes slows down automated requests.

How to choose

  • You're looking for one specific item for yourself. Starter is enough, especially to try things out. With Hobbyist you can follow the same item on all three platforms and add a couple of variants.
  • You buy often, perhaps to resell. Reseller is the plan designed for this. The advanced filters keep accessories and broken items out of your notifications, and the fast pace really matters for listings that disappear within minutes.
  • You follow lots of different categories. Autocop, for the number of searches.

A practical tip: when you count the searches you need, assume you'll duplicate the most important ones across several platforms. That's where they run out fastest.

Free trial and beta access

The free trial is available on the Starter plan and lasts two days. You need to enter a card: if you don't cancel before it ends, the regular monthly subscription starts when the trial expires. The trial can be used only once per email address, even if the account is deleted in the meantime. If you've already used it, you pay for the first month as soon as you activate Starter.

Beta access to the Reseller plan gives the first month free to a limited number of people, while spots last. You request it with the Claim Beta Access button in the Plans section. Here too a card is required, and from the second month the standard renewal applies, which you can turn off whenever you like.

A few days before the first real charge, whether after the trial or after the beta month, we send you a reminder.

Managing your subscription

Payments are made by card and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

To change your card, download invoices or cancel, go to My account on the website and press Manage Subscription: the Stripe portal opens with all these options. From the app you get there through Settings, Manage Subscription / Invoices.

Want to switch to another plan? Before activating a new one, write to us at [email protected] telling us your current plan and the one you want. That way we make sure the old subscription is closed and you don't pay for two plans in the same month.

Cancellation, failed payments and expiry

If you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for: until that day everything works as before. You get a confirmation by email and in the app, and a reminder a few days before it ends.

If a payment fails

For example because of an expired card. In that case monitoring is suspended immediately and we send you an email with a link to the invoice to pay. As soon as the payment goes through, the service starts again.

When the plan ends

Your plan becomes “None”, monitoring stops and you get a notification that your plan has ended. Your searches stay saved: if you reactivate a plan later, you'll find them as they were.

If you move to a plan with fewer searches than you have, only your first active searches up to the new plan's limit are checked. The others stay saved but aren't checked.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on the website, in My account, with the Delete Account button. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Before you do, cancel your subscription from the Stripe portal as explained above. Deleting the account doesn't stop recurring payments by itself. If you forgot, write to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
